Storm Water in a Forbing Crawl Space

This home in Forbing had been partially encapsulated to mitigate moisture buildup in the crawlspace. After a floodwaters pour into this crawlspace, the bulk of the water pooled on the poly sheeting and did not penetrate into the soil.
